Cricket Australia are soon to release the cricket international schedule with the summers test series with India highly likely to begin in Adelaide on December 17 with a day night test that has been a highlight.
The Summers test schedule has been delayed for 5 months after CA rushed to release a early season draw. The delay has caused confusion for Justin Langer and his Australian coached test and limited overs sides who have no dates confirmed for the entire summer. It is hard to believe on October 17 that the draw has not come. This does make it challenging for test players like Tim Paine and Travis Head who are captain and vice captain of the national test team and find themselves playing Sheffield Shield cricket in parks outside Adelaide and not able to play at the Adelaide Oval as test players should be entitled to the build up to a home test series.

The Test schedule should be confirmed by the end of October with the Boxing Day test up in the air but likely to be played at MCG with limited crowds due to Covid.

Adelaide Test likely to be Dec 17 to Dec 21
Boxing Day Test Dec 26 to Dec 30
Sydney Pink Test SCG Jan 3 to Jan 7
Gabba Test Mid Jan no confirmed dates
More to come
