Australian Skipper Tim Paine has led Australia extremely well in recent times. This week in Adelaide he battled poor umpiring. Weather conditions, finger injury and even some playful ball incidents in a war, up with Aussie team mates on Saturday.
Paine is an outstanding leader and very neat and thoughtful person. Something that Australian Cricket needs in these testing times. Paine understands cricket very well and his captaincy on the weekend was very timely. Along with off spinner Nathan Lyon Paine started with his leadership.
Former Australian Wicket Keeper Brad Haddin said during the test match that he felt it is a challenging job being captain and keeper. Haddin was full of praise for Paine who is now working with him as fielding and keeping coach.
In these challenging periods it’s important to have reliable and perhaps some what neat players. The Australian top order is facing challenging times but Aaron Finch is a match winner along with Shaun Marsh someone who can bat for long periods.
